Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is valid from 18 - 31 May 2026 at all participating malls.

2. Purchase receipts issued during the promotion period must be presented to participate in the campaign.

3. For every AED 200 spent at participating outlets, customers are eligible to receive one raffle coupon. Confirmation will be sent via email with a unique coupon/serial number for entry into the raffle draw(s).

4. The raffle coupon/entry must be claimed from the same mall where the purchase was made.

5. Raffle draws will be held on 30 May, 31 May, and 01 June 2026.

6. Total prize pool: AED 200,000 in cash:

• AED 15,000 – 5 winners

• AED 10,000 – 5 winners

• AED 5,000 – 15 winners

7. The draw(s) will be conducted at select participating malls.

8. Each coupon/entry is valid for one draw only.

9. Winners will be contacted using the information provided at the time of registration.

10. A maximum of 25 raffle coupons may be issued against a single invoice.

11. Winners will be notified via email and informed of the time and venue for prize collection.

12. Winners must present the following documents for verification in order to claim their prize:

• Valid Emirates ID or Passport

• Original purchase receipt

• Coupon screenshot/confirmation

13. Draw dates, timings, and venues are subject to change with or without prior notice. For updated information on participating malls, draw dates, venues, and winner details, please visit www.shopandwinrewards.com.

14.  All winners must claim their prizes within 90 days from the end date of the promotion.

15. If a fraudulent transaction or entry is suspected, Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), its partners, and BUZ Management & Marketing Consulting LLC reserve the right to disqualify the participant and deny the prize.

16. The organizers and their partners are not responsible for the loss, damage, or misplacement of any raffle coupons/entries.

17. The decision of BUZ Management & Marketing Consulting LLC is final and binding. No correspondence, queries, or claims will be entertained.

18. Information submitted through raffle entries may be used for internal verification and campaign administration purposes only and will not be used for external marketing purposes without consent.

19.Only single-invoice entries are valid. Entries generated using combined or multiple invoices will be considered invalid.

Invoice Requirements

20. The uploaded invoice image must clearly display:

• Invoice Number

• Invoice Date

• Invoice Amount

Entries with missing, unclear, altered, or unreadable information may be disqualified, and Raffletech reserves the right to remove such entries from the draw.

Purchase Date Validity

21. The purchase date on the invoice must fall strictly within the campaign period. Purchases made outside the campaign dates will not be eligible for participation

Invoice Authenticity

22. Only genuine purchase invoices are accepted. Uploading unrelated, manipulated, duplicate, or fraudulent documents/images will result in immediate disqualification.

23. If fraud or misuse is detected, Raffletech reserves the right to ban the participant from entering any future raffle campaigns.

24. If a selected winner does not respond within 30 working days from the date of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected with or without prior notice.
